If you, the seller, buy back your items, commission will be charged with a cap of $50 per lot.

No-sale items are the seller's responsibility.

Early Advertising
Take advantage of early advertising by texting photos to 641-715-7566 or emailing photos to info@legacyauctioncompany.net.
Titled Items
Title or registration must be brought in at the same time as the item.

There will be a $35 title transfer fee per titled item, billed to the seller.

Due to federal regulations, we cannot sell taxidermied waterfowl or fawns — these items will be turned away.
